ThumBrowser™ for the iPad
SpinThought® ThumBrowser™ let's you browse the web on your iPad with only your right or left hand using a unique translucent dot menu customized to fit your thumb's position while you hold the iPad. You can comfortably tap browser commands with just the thumb of one hand! Assign any of several commands to each "command dot".
In many situations you need one hand free, whether it's to hang on to a rail during a commute or just to sit around and relax while sipping some coffee. |
If you have a daily routine of web sites that you visit for news or entertainment, assign command dots to take you there quickly, and with one-hand access! |

Why Use ThumBrowser?
We made ThumBrowser because I worked with Tablet PC's, PDA's, Net Books, Net Appliances, and every other portable gadget imaginable in a previous job. I never felt that the form factor for any of those devices was quite right until the iPad. Still I realized there are times (commuting, lying in bed, or just about any time you need a free hand) when it was impractical to use both hands with a tablet. So I envisioned a thumb based menu designed for one-handed use - ThumBrowser! We figured adding it to the web browsing component on the iPad was ideal for reading web sites, surfing, researching, while giving you a free hand. We hope you enjoy using ThumBrowser!
